Apartment 1075

This was a complete gut renovation/restoration of an Art Deco 3 bedroom 2 bathroom (2000 sq. ft.) apartment.

Kitchen:

Removed a large Dumbwaiter that was no longer in use and a closet that took up a large portion of the space.

We moved the wall that separated the kitchen and full dining room 2ft., since the original kitchen was too narrow and the dining room was too large. We also opened a portion of the wall connecting the kitchen/dining room.
