This was a complete gut renovation/restoration of an Art Deco three bedroom/two bathroom (2000 sq ft) apartment. 

Kitchen: Removed a large Dumbwaiter that was no longer in use and a closet that took up a large portion of the space. We moved the wall that separated the kitchen and full dining room 18ft, since the original kithen was too narrow and the dining room was too large. We also opened a portion of the wall connecting the kitchen/dining room.
